Coaching

Over the years, I’ve learned that every pastor and church carries unique seasons, challenges, and opportunities.

And while leadership can often feel lonely, it was never meant to be carried alone. Having someone in your corner can not only provide support and perspective, but help accelerate clarity, growth, and healthy leadership over time.

One-on-one coaching is centred around supporting the pastor — strengthening leadership, clarifying direction, navigating challenges, and helping build a healthy ministry that lasts.

When I come alongside a pastor, I start by listening to the story God is already writing. I bring the experience of leading as senior pastor of a growing multi-location church, my current role serving within a large church team, and the perspective gained from walking with pastors and churches around the world.

What Coaching Looks Like

Coaching is built around regular one-on-one conversations with the senior pastor, usually monthly or bi-weekly depending on the season and need.

These sessions create space for:

  • Leadership clarity

  • Navigating growth and complexity

  • Team and culture challenges

  • Personal sustainability and health

  • Processing decisions and opportunities

  • Honest encouragement and challenge

Some pastors I work with are planting churches. Others are leading large and multi-campus ministries. Every context is different, and coaching is tailored to the season you and your church are in.

Whether you’re new in the seat, leading through rapid growth, navigating challenge or transition, or simply wanting someone to walk alongside you, the goal is simple:

To help you lead with greater health, depth, clarity, and longevity.

Getting Started

It all begins with a conversation.

A discovery call gives us the chance to connect, talk about your current season, and explore what support could look like moving forward, including coaching rhythm, focus areas, and pricing.
